For each pair of the Monte Carlo models (made-to-order), PATINO offers to re-patina the shoes either the same color as those originally purchased or a new patina chosen from the 6 colors of choice. This service is free of charge within 3 years after the initial purchase.
The owners of a pair of PATINO shoes can benefit from one free re-soling within the 3 years following their purchase. The customer needs only to return the pair to Monaco and will receive them back in 3 to 4 weeks.
